What About Dairy Products?

It is believed that dairy is good for your teeth due to the large quantity of calcium it contains. But we have already figured out that our teeth don’t ingest calcium from food. Some cheeses are good for your teeth because they stimulate the production of saliva that protects your teeth from bacterial activity. However, cheese can’t replace proper oral care and regular visits to the dentist.
