Popular Organic Baby Formula Brands

There are many organic formula brands available in the market these days which makes it hard to select the best organic baby formula. It may be a good idea to consult the doctor and take advice from other parents regarding which organic formula to use, however at the end of the day, select the one that meets the individual baby’s requirements. Each brand has a different set of ingredients and many different types of organic milk, like soy free baby formula, etc.

The two popular brands in Europe include Holle formula and Hipp’s Organic Infant Milk. The European brands are a rich source of nutrition and do not need to include synthetic ingredients. Some of them contain prebiotics, omegas 3 and 6 which are healthy for brain development and the immune function. They also use some FDA approved ingredients like DHA, ARA which are extracted using a non-hexane method.

There are also several North American organic baby formulas (Canadian) on the market however; some parents have displayed concern over some of the ingredients included in those products. There is a trend where more mothers consider the European product to be the best organic baby formula. The advantage of European brands is that they source their ingredient from animals that are well cared. They are also involved in good farming practices and contain no GMOs. Some of the Canadian brands are known to contain pesticides as well. At the end of the day however, there is not a big difference in the European and North American formulas since both contain ingredients that are good for the brain and development of the eyes.
